SHAH ALAM: The Unity Debate is a crucial programme in the effort to realise National Unity Policy (DPN) which aims to foster, strengthen, and preserve unity among the people.
Minister of National Unity Datuk Aaron Ago Dagang said the implementation of the Unity Debate is in line with the commitments and objectives of the DPN, aimed at fostering and strengthening unity among the people.
“Through this programme, it is hoped that we can realise the government’s desire to enhance integrity in the aspects of national identity and unity based on an understanding of the National Principles and the Federal Constitution,” he said in his speech during the National Unity Debate Cup 2024 in Shah Alam on Thursday (May 16).
He added that the ministry is committed to enhancing the understanding of the National Principles through various initiatives.
