KUCHING: This Chinese New Year (CNY), Hilton Kuching presents an exciting line-up of seasonal dining experiences that honour the long-lived traditions of loved ones coming together and savouring feasts in unity.
“The culinary delights will herald a bounty of replenished luck, prosperity and happiness.
“This includes lucky food like fish, which in Chinese is homophonic with the word for ‘surplus’, signifying a wish for abundance; dumplings, which represent great wealth due to its Chinese gold coin-like shape; while noodles are all about longevity and smoothness,” said Hilton in a statement.
There is also a takeaway option — Takeaway Roast Specials — which will be available from RM68 nett onwards.
The ‘Special Yee Sang’ package is divided into three categories — Healthy Toss, Wealthy Toss and Prosperity Toss.
For the regular portion of the Healthy Toss, it is priced at RM68 nett while the large portion is RM128 nett. For the Wealthy Toss category, the regular portion is priced at RM108 nett while the large portion is RM158 nett.
Regular portion for the Prosperity Toss category is priced at RM138 nett and RM188 nett for large.
The auspicious feast can be experienced at the hotel’s Caffe Cino and is available from Feb 1 until 26.
