In conjunction with Chinese New Year, NAIM will be hosting an open house on February 1 at the Naim Clubhouse in South Lake Permyjaya, Miri.

“The launch of this residential project follows the success of Lilium, which achieved a 97 per cent occupancy rate, further reflecting the strong demand for quality homes in the area,” Suhaimi said.
