KUCHING: The Ministry of Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development (KWKPK) is calling on relevant individuals to participate in their survey on the effects of Covid-19 pandemic on the socio-economy of Sarawakians.
Individuals are requested to answer the survey questionnaires if they fit one or more of the following criteria:
• Living in Sarawak (retirees/homemakers/senior citizens/unemployed/others)
• Working (government sector/private sector/self-employed)
• Loss of employment during the movement control order (MCO)
• Students of public or private educational institutions in Sarawak
• Business owners operating in Sarawak
The survey consists of five sections and would take about 15 minutes to answer.

KWKPK has assured that all feedbacks provided are confidential.
The information gathered is intended as input for the government to evaluate the impact of Covid-19 on the socioeconomic circumstances of Sarawakians in order to formulate policies, plan and develop programmes, as well as implement accurate and effective socioeconomic interventions.
