KUCHING: Batu Kitang constituents have been urged to support the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) state government to ensure continuous development.
Batu Kitang assemblyman Lo Khere Chiang said much fund had been allocated for development in the constituency.
“All these efforts, all this money come from good leadership. We have Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg leading the team.
“…and because of GPS and good leadership, we are able to have all this facilities at Kampung Haji Baki and the whole of Batu Kitang,” he told reporters after the new Kampung Haji Baki hall project handover ceremony today.
Lo said in Batu Kitang, there were many projects going on and this was a result of good leadership under Abang Johari.
“I would like to remind everybody to stick together, everybody in N13 Batu Kitang to stick together. As the saying goes, united we stand, divided we fall.
“So, Sarawakians, stick together with GPS, and together we’ll bring Sarawak to another level in the whole of Malaysia. We will be the shining example.”
