KUCHING: Pustaka Negeri Sarawak celebrated its 25th anniversary with the symbolic launch of “I Am 25…” on Tuesday.
The launch was officiated by the Sarawak State Library Management Board chairman, Datuk Dr Abang Abdul Rauf Abang Zen, at the lobby of Pustaka Negeri Sarawak here.
A Tree Planting Programme was held to raise public awareness about the importance of the environment, in line with the sustainable development goals (SDG), and the anniversary will continue to be celebrated throughout 2025 with exciting activities.
Pustaka Negeri Sarawak extends heartfelt congratulations to all its members and staff who have collectively contributed to the library’s remarkable journey of success and transformation since its establishment in 2000.
Their dedication and teamwork have been instrumental in shaping Pustaka Negeri Sarawak into a cornerstone of knowledge and community development, marking its 25th anniversary as a testament to two decades of innovation and service excellence.
The chief executive officer (CEO) of Pustaka Negeri Sarawak Japri Bujang Masli, Sarawak State Library Management Board members, the deputy chief executive officer, and staff attended the launch.
