SIBU: Staff from the Sibu Resident’s Office and District Office paid a Hari Raya visit to Sibu Resident Abang Mohamad Porkan Abang Budiman yesterday (Apr 3).

The visit to Abang Mohamad Porkan’s residence at Jalan Baji-Setubu, Sarikei was led by Sibu Deputy Resident Christopher Ranggau Unting who was accompanied by around 40 staff members.

Christopher said the visit was aimed at strengthening the Hari Raya spirit among colleagues.

“It is also an opportunity to foster a sense of togetherness by visiting friends during the festive season, especially our Resident,” he added.

Meanwhile, Abang Mohamad expressed his hope that the staff would continue working together as a team to provide the best service to the people of Sibu Division.

“‘One Team’ is the key to success in carrying out daily tasks and ensuring effective administration.

“To achieve this goal, we must function as ‘One Team’ – a team that moves in unison with a shared purpose,” he added.
