KUCHING: St Mary’s School is celebrating its 177th anniversary with a grand dinner on Saturday, Feb 8, at the Sarawak Chambers, Riverside Majestic Hotel, Kuching.
According to the press statement made by the organiser, Old Marian Association (OMA), this special event, themed ‘Night of Love’, which will start from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm, offers a night of reflection, celebration, and connection.
It says that this prestigious event provides an opportunity for former students, staff, and supporters to gather and celebrate the school’s impressive legacy.
Since its founding in 1848, St Mary’s School has been dedicated to excellence in education, shaping generations of students and standing as a central part of the community.
The Old Marian Association, founded in 1964 by passionate alumni, continues to connect Marians across generations, creating lifelong friendships and supporting the school’s mission. This dinner highlights the enduring bonds among all who are part of the Marian family.
Attendees will enjoy a night filled with inspiring speeches, joyful reunions, and a delicious dinner, all while reflecting on the school’s rich history and looking ahead to its future.
