KUCHING: Not sure where to shop for Ramadan and Raya goods? Then the Majma Raya Fest maybe just the place for you.

The festival, held at Majma Mall and Arcum Tent, with premises stretching around and inside the mall, offers a wide variety of festive must-haves.

Organised by The Sarawak Baitulmal Fund (TBS), the festival began on March 23 and will go on until April 22.

It was opened by Deputy Minister for Utility and Telecommunication Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Junaidi’s wife, Datin Siti Shorgayah Ahmad Zaidin at Majma Mall on Saturday (Mar 25).

A total of 156 business establishments are participating in the festival, offering a range of products including food dishes, Raya clothing and Ramadan and Hari Raya essentials.

In addition, the organisers will be holding a weekly lucky draw, with eight vouchers to be awarded to lucky winners.

These vouchers can be used to purchase goods at the festival.
