KUCHING: The Malaysian Red Crescent SJK Chung Hua No. 5 Kuching organised a community service event at the Heart Specialist Hospital Kota Samarahan and the Children’s Wards of Sarawak General Hospital on Jan 10 and 11 to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year.
Vun Huey Ni, the senior assistant for co-curriculum, led the teachers and Red Crescent members in visiting the hospitals to distribute gifts to patients, bringing joy and happiness to the wards.
The school extends its gratitude to the teachers, parents, students and sponsor Pau Sarawak for contributing to the success of the community project, “We Love, We Care.”
