KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd, through its subsidiaries, has secured 12 projects thus far this year.
Five were bagged by its 75 per cent-owned subsidiary, PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia (PTSDI), namely three operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts, one engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract, and one product and services contract.
Another O&M contract was secured by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik International Ltd (SDIL) in Oman.
“The combined estimated value of the contracts secured above is approximately RM320.89 million,” it said in a statement yesterday.
The global integrated engineering services provider said its wholly-owned unit, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB) bagged five O&M contracts and one product and services contract.
“The contracts above have no specific value as these are on a ‘call-out’ basis whereby the work orders will be awarded at the discretion of the client based on their activities’ schedules and rates throughout the duration of the respective contracts,” it said.
Serba Dinamik group managing director and group chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah said the secured contracts in Indonesia and Oman would further strengthen the company’s foothold in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
“We are pleased that these projects will contribute towards enhancing our earnings in the long term, as well as bring us one step closer to our internal target for this year,” he added. – Bernama
