KUCHING: The S ent o s a Hospital at 7th Mile in Kuching is seeking the cooperation of family members and nextof- kin of its patient Terry Juk (pic), to come over to the Sentosa Hospital with immediate effect.
According to its record, the patient was admitted to the hospital ward on July 16 this year and since then the hospital has not been able to contact any member of his family.
His last known address is at Rh Uweng Long Sengut, Balleh Kapit. As such the hospital is urging members of his family to come over immediately to Sentosa Hospital or contact Penolong Pegawai Kerja Sosial Perubatan, Angelina Sawong at 082-612 321 for the patient’s treatment arrangement.
