KUCHING: SJK Chung Hua No 5 Kuching successfully organised a heartwarming community service event at Hospital Sentosa here on January 13.

The initiative aimed to spread love and care to patients at the hospital. During the visit, Vun Huey Ni, the school’s senior assistant for co-curriculum along with teachers, distributed gifts to the patients, bringing joy and happiness to their day.

In addition, Vun extended the school’s charitable efforts by presenting gifts to the Sarawak Society for the Blind and the Sarawak Cheshire Home.

The school expressed gratitude to members of the public and Pau Sarawak for their generous donations, which made the event a success.

This meaningful activity reflects the school’s commitment to fostering compassion and community engagement.
