HANGZHOU: Sarawakian para-athlete Muhammad Nur Syaiful Zulkafli secured Malaysia’s first gold medal in the ongoing 4th Para Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.

Muhammad Nur not only secured the gold in the men’s SB4 100 metres breaststroke event, but also established a new record with an astonishing time of 1:46.78.

Minister for Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah congratulated Nur Syaiful for his achievement and praised his dedication and commitment.
