The Malaysian Association of Tour & Travel Agents (Matta) Sarawak Chapter is thrilled to announce the highly-anticipated 18th Sarawak Matta Travel Fair, scheduled for Oct 7 and 8 at Aeon Mall Kuching.
“Travel is more than just reaching a destination; it’s about embracing new cultures, expanding horizons, and creating lasting memories.
・Matta Fair is dedicated to making this enriching experience accessible and unforgettable for all,・said Matta Sarawak Chapter chairman Oscar Choo at a press conference here on yesterday (Sept 8).
“Whether you’re a solo adventurer, a family seeking relaxation, or a business traveler, Matta Fair will offer a wide range of destinations, travel packages, and experiences tailored to your preferences.
“Airlines, tour operators, and national tourist organisations have curated packages that not only provide great value but also prioritise safety and sustainability.”
Choo highlighted that licensed tour operators will offer valuable insights into the future of travel, sustainability in tourism, and emerging trends shaping the world of exploration.
“We take pride in supporting local communities and sustainable tourism initiatives. We encourage all travellers to be responsible and respectful guests wherever they go.”
The Matta Fair aims to attract a total of 10,000 visitors per day, and attendees can look forward to exciting lucky draws sponsored by various organisations, to be revealed a week before the fair.
