KUCHING: The Sarawak C squad collected full points following a 1-0 victory over Penang at the State Stadium in Petra Jaya, here.
They maintained an excellent record plaing at home for Sarawak junior ranks .
The only goal was scored by Safri Amit player, Mohammad Adif Salim in the 32th minutes. With the victory, the young squad are now third place with 10 points from three wins and one draw from five matches.
“Thanks to the players, they managed to show a great performance,” he said.
“More excitingly, they managed to achieve their winning mission,” said Safri.
Safri hoped the players can maintain the momentum in the next match. The squad’s next match is against SSTMI B-17’s away on Wednesday.
