KUCHING: PPES Ternak Sdn Bhd has soft-launched its newest outlet, Sarabif Butcher Shop and Western Grill, here, offering customers a seamless farm-to-table experience.
General Manager, Artino Arshad, said the new outlet aims to provide high-quality meat and freshly prepared Western-style dishes under one roof.
He said this concept focuses on both convenience and premium offerings for customers.
“We are very grateful for the encouraging responses from customers for this new outlet, especially those residing around Petra Jaya area. There is ample space for parking so customers can dine in or shop for premium meat without hassle,” he told Sarawak Tribune.
Artino said Sarabif Butcher Shop and Western Grill is designed to cater to both home cooks and food enthusiasts.
He said the outlet offers a wide selection of fresh and high-quality meats alongside a Western grill menu featuring expertly prepared steaks, burgers, and other signature dishes.
“With this concept, customers can not only purchase top-grade meats for their home cooking needs but also enjoy delicious Western-style meals prepared by our skilled chefs.
“We are also developing a section dedicated to halal products by Bumiputera entrepreneurs, featuring items such as cooking pastes and spices for our customers,” he said.
Located at Lorong Bunga Akasia 2, Jalan Matang, the outlet boasts a modern and inviting ambiance, making it an ideal spot for casual dining and premium meat shopping.
The shop also features a butcher counter, where customers can get personalised cuts and recommendations from experienced staff.
“We aim to bridge the gap between fresh meat retail and a great dining experience.
