MUKAH: Rain would no longer be a hindrance to futsal players of Kampung Kala Lama Resettlement Scheme Area here to play the game in the near future.
This is made possible following approved allocation by the local people’s representative to build roofs for the village’s two futsal courts.
According to the special officer of Tellian state constituency Felix Pieng, an allocation had been allocated for the project. In representing Tellian assemblyman Yussibnosh Balo to visit the site, he disclosed it would be implemented under the Rural Transformation Project (RTP).
With the roofing, the two-futsal courts located at the junction of a road leading to the famous annual Mukah Kaul Festival Site, Taman Kala Dana, would definitely be the choice venue for the locals to stage competitions as it is located next to each other.
