SIBU: Dudong Assemblyman, Datuk Tiong Thai King yesterday presented MRP grants totaling RM110,000 to 23 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and schools in his office on Level 24, SMC Building here, yesterday.
In a brief speech, Tiong who is also chairman of Sibu Municipal Council told the recipients that grants were meant to enable themto carry out their annual activities effectively.
United People’s Party (UPP) Dudong Women’s Section Chief, Kapitan Connie Loh was among those present.
