KUCHING: Sarawak-based telecommunications service provider, Reach Ten Holdings Bhd, will be launching its prospectus on April 9.
This launch is in conjunction with its initial public offering (IPO) exercise on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
For the record, Reach Ten is principally involved in the provision of satellite-based communication networks and services, fibre optic communication networks and services, as well as telecommunications infrastructure services and managed services.
It is licensed under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 as a Network Facilities Provider, Network Service Provider and Application Service Provider.
It offers a full suite of connectivity solutions that include satellite, fibre and managed services and solutions for telecommunications companies, corporate and small and medium-sized enterprises in Malaysia.
Currently, the company owns and operates a fibre optic communication networks infrastructure in Kuching and Samarahan.
It spans approximately 217 kilometres (km) of fibre optic duct infrastructure and approximately 649km of fibre optic cable link communication networks.
