KUCHING: Hope Place has handed over food items to a needy couple Osman Bin Sallehage, 72, and his wife Hamisah Binti Sepet, 59, in conjunction with the forthcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration.
Grass cutter Osman Bin Sallehage is suffering from diabetes, kidney failure and have a weak heart while his wife is suffering from a stroke.
Osman earns between RM30 and RM50 daily and a large part of his income goes to buying medicine and supplements for himself and his wife.
The couple is staying in a run-down house which is susceptible to heavy rain and strong winds.
