MIRI: Pustaka Miri will be organising a public health talk titled ‘Stroke’ on Feb 22 from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Held at the library’s auditorium, Pustaka Miri will invite Clinical Medical Specialist from Miri Hospital, Dr Jeremy Quah Wy Jin as the speaker.
The speaker will elaborate on the medical condition of stroke, the causes and risks of having a stroke as well as the available treatments and rehabilitation.
Aimed to increase the understanding and awareness on stroke, the talk is open to the public and admission is free.
