KUCHING: Some 50 Year Six students of SK Matang Jaya recently took part in Trienekens’ Amazing Green Race (AGR) to grab the chance of becoming this year’s winners.
The AGR is an outdoor-based game activity planned under the joint solid waste management and recycling education organised by Trienekens and Padawan Municipal Council (MPP).
The game requires the competing teams to complete environmentally-themed games and tasks located at various stations around the school.
The winners and participants took home exciting prizes and medals which were presented by SK Matang Jaya headmaster Ensnat Mosa alongside representatives from MPP and Trienekens.
“A big thank you to all SK Matang Jaya teachers and students for taking part as well as for demonstrating amazing enthusiasm in this year’s programme.
“We hope to see you all again in the next green adventure,” Trienekens said.
