SIBU: A ceremony to unveil the signboard for the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) and Parti Progresif Demokratik (PDP) Nangka Service Centre on Permai Jaya Road was held today (Sept 16).

The ceremony was officiated by PDP Nangka Chairman Councillor Teo Eng Ing Poh.

Also present were Penghulu Ting Hua Ku, PDP Bawang Assan Youth Chief Cr Joshua Ting, and others.

PDP Nangka Secretary Ho Kok Munting said that the service centre would commence its operations next month.

He said that the establishment of this service centre was at the request of the Deputy Education, Innovation, and Talent Development Minister cum Nangka assemblyman Datuk Dr Annuar Rapaee.

“The establishment of this service centre is to provide services to the residents in this area.

“As you are aware, this area also has a significant number of PDP-GPS voters,” he said when met by reporters here today (Sept 16).
