SINGAPORE: Pay and Go Technology Group (Sarawak) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore’s RH Synergy (S) Pte Ltd to expand the market reach of its innovative smart technologies here and the wider ASEAN region.
The signing ceremony, held at the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS), was witnessed by STATOS chief executive officer Chew Chang Guan.
Under the agreement, RH Synergy has been appointed the exclusive distributor of Pay and Go’s products and technologies in Singapore.
This partnership is expected to enhance the accessibility of Pay and Go’s solutions in the city-state’s urban landscape.
Alpha-B Holdings Pte Ltd, a company with strong business ties in both Singapore and Sarawak, played a key role in facilitating the collaboration.
It will continue supporting the initiative through its affiliate, Alphabees Asia (M) Sdn Bhd, which will lead marketing and brand development efforts across Singapore and Malaysia.
Central to this partnership is the rollout of Pay and Go’s flagship innovation – the Pay and Go Smart Parking System.
Originally introduced as a digital parking solution, it has since evolved into a comprehensive smart infrastructure platform that supports various urban convenience applications.
The system’s key features include an Automatic Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) that facilitates seamless entry and exit without the need for physical tickets.
Its Real-Time Cloud Integration enables data-driven decision-making for municipalities and private operators through a centralised dashboard.
Other key features are its Mobile Payment Integration that supports transactions via mobile apps, e-wallets, and integrated payment gateways, as well as IoT-Enabled Surveillance that enhances security and enforcement with live camera feeds and incident tracking.
Its scalability is suitable for deployment in public car parks, commercial buildings, gated communities, and temporary event spaces.
By streamlining parking operations, the solution aims to reduce congestion, eliminate manual ticketing, and enhance enforcement efficiency, ultimately improving the overall user experience.
Future integrations could include electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, digital advertising displays, and real-time space availability mapping.
The MoU marks a pivotal move towards digitalising Singapore’s urban mobility landscape while reinforcing cross-border business ties between Sarawak and Singapore.
