KUCHING: The Power Aquatics Swimming Club (PASC) has awarded a total of RM43,000 in incentives to 69 swimmers and water polo players.

This was a notable increase from the RM29,000 given to 59 athletes in the previous year.

PASC President Kapitan Tan Kun Gee expressed immense pride in the club’s continued growth and success.

“These numbers are more than just figures, they represent progress and achievement of our athletes and the full support from everyone in this room ” Tan said.

He said the numbers represent far more than financial support as they symbolise progress and the unwavering dedication of the club’s community.

Throughout 2024, PASC athletes competed in 15 local and international events, achieving impressive results across the board.

“Looking back on last year, I am filled with pride and joy. The year 2024 has been an incredible year for our club,” he said at the 8th PASC Annual Dinner here last night (Jan 4).
