MUKAH: A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed today (Feb 6) by Terra Sky Sdn Bhd, Flow Fuel Sdn Bhd, and a consortium comprising Koperasi Desa Lestari Tellian Tengah dan Ulu Mukah (KODELT), Koperasi FELCRA (KOFELCRA), and Koperasi Komuniti Sesok Baru Mukah Berhad (SEBCO), to reshape the development of petrol stations here.

The signing ceremony was held at the Mukah District Office, led by Effy Akhbarizam, CEO of Terra Sky Sdn Bhd, FFSB director Lakhbir Singh and KODELT chairman William Laju, witnessed by representatives from Koperasi Matu Mukah (KOPMATU), Koperasi Komuniti Tellian, Koperasi Dalat Lestari, Persatuan Nelayan Mukah (PNK MUKAH), Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia, and Majlis Amanah Rakyat Mukah (MARA).

This strategic alliance aims to pool the unique strengths of each party, combining Terra Sky’s prowess in creating Portable Container System (PCS) Petrol Stations with Flow Fuel’s marketing success for XCEL Petrol Station, alongside the robust local network of the participating cooperatives.

“Our mission is to deliver significant value to our partners and the communities we serve. This MoU is a pivotal step towards fulfilling that mission in Mukah,” said Effy in a statement.
