MIRI: A blood donation event organised by the Miri Hakka Association Youth Section has received overwhelming response.
A total of 51 individuals successfully donated their blood in the event which was held at the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC), Miri Chapter building at Jalan Bulan Sabit here today.
Also present were Cr Jeffery Phang who represented Minister of Transport Sarawak Datuk Seri Lee Kim Shin, the association’s Youth wing chief Andy Jong Wan Joon and MRC, Miri branch blood donor recruitment committee chairman Cr Karambir Singh.
