BINTULU: As one of the initiatives to convince the public of the cleanliness of its premises, the Bintulu Land and Survey Department on Tuesday (Jan 19) has sanitised its offices at Wisma Bintulu.
According to its superintendent Mohammad Zunica Mohamad Sapi’ee in a statement today, the sanitisation process, carried out by members from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), Bintulu Development Authority Health unit and Health Department, involved the ground, first and second floors of the department.
“We do not want customers to feel restless for fear of being infected with Covid-19. Prevention is better than cure.
“Therefore, since this deadly virus hit the country, we have provided every officer and staff with face masks and hand sanitisers as well as conduct regular sanitisation so that customers will feel more confident when dealing with us,” he said.
