SIBU: The Nusar Unleashed Festival, originally scheduled for Feb 8 and 9 at the Sibu Indoor Stadium, has been postponed to new dates, July 5 and 6.

The organisers said that the festival’s venue remains unchanged and will still take place at the Sibu Indoor Stadium.

“The festival has been rescheduled to encourage higher ticket sales and to support the participating vendors. We are committed to making this event a success, as 50% of payments have already been made to the involved parties.

“Thank you for your trust, and we are confident that the festival will be an even greater experience on the new dates.”

The organisers further assured that the line-up of artists for Nusar Unleashed remains unchanged.

“You will still have the opportunity to enjoy incredible performances by your favourite artists.”

The Nusar Unleashed 2025, being held for the first time in Sibu by Entrex World Empire, Scenedekat, and No Solucion, features 26 bands from three countries—Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia.

Sarawakian bands include Heroine, Dilarang Melarang, Drasska, Mono & Saturday Heroes, Radio 83, Automatic The Remote, Clockwise, Hayatunnafs, and Destroying Ears, all hailing from Kuching, along with Larrong, Haram Jadah, and Neverlost (Sibu), Hemewrath and Buxnid (Bintulu), and Nimang Ensera (Miri).

Meanwhile, existing ticket holders will receive ZUS Coffee vouchers and exclusive Nusar Unleashed merchandise as a token of appreciation for their loyalty.

“For new buyers, the ‘Early Bird’ ticket sales have been extended until June 2, offering a 10 per cent discount for one-day passes and a 20 percent discount for two-day passes to encourage more people to join this epic festival.

“We will also organise smaller showcase events as pre-festival activities, giving attendees a taste of the Nusar Unleashed vibe ahead of the main event. Details of these showcases will be announced soon, so stay tuned.

“We look forward to welcoming you all to the Sibu Indoor Stadium on the new dates. Thank you for your support and trust in Nusar Unleashed,” the organisers added.
