NGOs in Serian receive special contribution from rep

SERIAN: A total of RM223,200 has been given to 21 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) here to support the various activities that each of the organisations manages.
 
Present to hand over the special contribution at Leort Cottage in Kampung Pichin was Serian Member of Parliament (MP) Datuk Seri Richard Riot Jaem.
 
This is Riot’s third round of financial support this year.
 
During the presentation, he emphasised the importance of using and managing the allocation in the best possible way.
 
Also present were Tebedu district officer Joseph Liaw and Serian Education officer Bunsie Tutom.
 
The representatives of the 21 NGOs warmly welcomed the contribution and thanked Riot for his ongoing support.
