SINGER Najwa Latif recently dismissed the notion that she is pregnant after one of her fans apparently congratulated her for her supposed pregnancy, even praying for her and her supposed baby.
Najwa recently took to Instagram Story to share the comment, where the singer-songwriter and fellow musician husband Akwa Arifin just laughed before the singer responded, “Amen. Although I am not yet pregnant, amen.
“No, as of now, I am not yet pregnant. This is not a pregnancy; you’re mistaken. You should say, ‘Congratulations, Kak Wawa, for your bloated tummy’.
“We haven’t been blessed with pregnancy yet, but wish us well, okay?” she added.
The pregnancy rumour sparked after a video of Najwa performing with what many speculated to be a baby bump went viral.
It is noted that Najwa and Akwa only tied the knot in November last year.
