SHEDA secretary general Angie Kueh stated that such an initiative is needed to expose the new generation to what green building is and its importance.

“Therefore, we are planning to conduct courses with GBI and train the lecturers from our local universities on green building.

“We hope that by doing so, green buildings could be part of the modules for the new intakes of architects and building engineers,” she said  during the Media Capacity Building held at its office in Jalan Setia Raja, Taman Stutong Indah here today.

During the session this time around, Kueh shared and talked in-depth about environmental, social and governance.

She also touched on the benefits of green building to the environment.
