MIRI: Miri Hospital is appealing to the public to help trace the next of kin or family members of a deceased male patient who identified himself as “Wong Tack Seng.”
The individual, whose identity card number is 710617-13-XXXX, was admitted to the hospital in late December last year.
According to hospital records, the patient sought treatment at Miri Hospital and was subsequently admitted to the male medical ward on Dec 23, 2024. Sadly, he passed away on Jan 2 this year, at 7.24pm.
Despite efforts to locate his family, no next of kin or associated individuals have come forward to provide information about the deceased.
The hospital urges any relatives, acquaintances, or members of the public who may have known Wong Tack Seng to contact the Department of Forensic Medicine at 085-460600 during office hours (Monday to Friday).
