KUCHING: Health Department and Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) personnel responded to an incident involving a sick victim under Sungai Tapah Bridge in Tapah, Siburan.
According to a press statement issued by the FRD today, they received a call at 10.32 am on the incident and dispatched a team from the Serian’ FRD to the area.
Upon reaching the scene, the team discovered the victim, identified as Ten Shoon Chong, a 30-year-old male, in a debilitated state and unable to walk.
They had to carry the victim on a stretcher before handing him to medical personnel at the site.
