The four were arrested by the Narcotics Crime Investigation Department at a budget hotel in Pasar Lama Bintulu yesterday.
Bintulu OCPD Supt Batholomew Umpit said the suspects, aged 18 to 32, were in possession of 10.6 grammes of drugs, believed to be methamphetamine.
“Initial investigations showed that the drugs were used for distribution in the city area and plantations for around 200 drug addicts.
“All the suspects tested positive for drugs of methamphetamine through urine tests,” he added.
They are being investigated under Section 15(1)(a) and Section 39A(1) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
