All 12 participants were required to set up an exhibition space to enable the judges to assess them.

The MTE Exhibition was held since 2001. The 19th exhibition attracted 99 agencies locally and those from abroad. The participants comprised public service agencies, manufacturing companies, technology firms, institutions of higher education, researchers and schools.
