KUALA LUMPUR: The Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week (KLFW) is making a stylish comeback for its 11th year, sporting a fresh new look and approach.

From August 21 to 27, this event will be taking place at various venues, including Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur, Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, and others.

Over the course of 7 days, 50 designers and brands will introduce their ready-to-wear collections.

In a statement, Group Chief Executive Officer of AmBank Group Datuk Sulaiman Mohd Tahir said, “KLFW is everything that’s special about Malaysia – unique, innovative, and full of life. We’re excited to be part of this event for the third year straight.

“We, as a financial institution, believe in supporting our homegrown fashion designers. As fashion trends change, we hope our support keeps inspiring these designers to excel in their artistic and creative pursuits.”

Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week founder Andrew Tan added that for KLFW 2023, their goal is to focus on the designs, creativity, and the drive to push fashion forward.
