BINTULU: In an effort to enhance the quality and transparency of the driving test process, the Road Transport Department (JPJ) Bintulu Branch conducted a working visit to the Suria Bintulu Driving Academy to review its preparations for implementing the eTesting system.

The visit was led by Yusniman Mohammad, the Assistant Director of the JPJ Sarawak Driver Licensing Division, who also inspected the eTesting operations room.

A briefing on the academy’s progress toward implementing eTesting was provided during the visit.

The Head of the JPJ Bintulu Branch, Fedrick Kedo, and the Head of the JPJ Bintulu Driver Licensing Unit, Norhayati Rezali, were also present to offer support and ensure smooth preparations.

The eTesting system was introduced to enhance transparency, uphold integrity, and minimise manual intervention in assessing new drivers.

Sarawak JPJ encourages the public to follow its official channels for the latest updates on this system.

Traffic complaints or inquiries can be submitted via e-Aduan@JPJ, MyJPJ, or the official JPJ Sarawak line.
