KUCHING: AZAM Sarawak, in collaboration with YESSarawak and AZAM Fit & Fun Club, has taken a meaningful step towards fostering community spirit by organising a Bubur Pedas Distribution Programme at Masjid Darul Ibadah, Kampung Kudei Lama here.

The initiative saw 150 packs of bubur pedas distributed to the local community.

It is part of AZAM Sarawak’s ‘Ramadan: A Month of Progress’ campaign, aimed at promoting togetherness, volunteerism, and community empowerment.

According to Hassnal Hakim Junaidi, Chairman of AZAM Fit & Fun Club, the programme is more than just a charity drive as it is about strengthening ties.

The success of the initiative emphasises the power of collaboration, particularly between non-governmental organisations (NGOs) such as AZAM Sarawak and YESSarawak.

Both organisations believe that collective efforts like this not only bridge social gaps but also encourage a culture of inclusivity and support.
