KUCHING: Institut Aminuddin Baki (IAB) Sarawak branch plans to establish My Digital Classroom in an effort to empower digital education and technology in Sarawak.
Director of IAB Sarawak Branch, Edmund Shah Tambi said the institute also hopes to foster closer relationship between the federal and state government agencies in Sarawak.
“We intend to establish ‘My Digital Classroom’ at the IAB to help educators in Sarawak become digitally fluent and use digital-related matters in imparting knowledge to students,” he said.
He said this when met by the media after paying a courtesy call on Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg at Wisma Bapa Malaysia here on Wednesday.
Shah said during the courtesy visit, they discussed matters related to the need for digital education for leaders in schools towards achieving the Sarawak government’s aspirations.
