KUCHING: Harbour View Hotel is offering a variety of traditional local, international and oriental delicacies for this year’s “Juh Sungkei Sitok” breaking of fast buffet at their Cafe Harapan starting from April 3 to May 2.

Among the traditional dishes on offer include various types of ulam-ulaman served with sambal belacan, kerabu, fruit rojak, fish umai, lodeh vegetables, spicy porridge, umbut masak lemak, prawns cooked with sambal petai and many more.

Not to be missed is the chef’s stall where they will be serving dishes such as bihun belacan, percik roasted chicken, roast lamb leg, curry noodles, jawa noodles, ayam penyet and more.

Various types of assorted cakes, puddings and ice cream counters are also available for desserts. The main menu is prepared differently daily throughout the week.

The buffet runs from 6.30pm to 9.30pm and the price offered for adults is RM68 nett while children are each charged RM 40 nett.

Apart from the Ramadan Buffet, Harbour View Hotel also provides Ramadan take-away set at a price of RM255 nett for five people with a menu that has been set from Monday to Sunday.

The hotel also offers a private programme for breaking fast or Hari Raya do with attractive packages with various menus ranging from RM 55.00nett (per person).

In the meantime, for the convenience of Muslim guests, the hotel also provides prayer rooms for men and women.
