KUCHING: Riverside Majestic Hotel is offering its nightly buffet dinner at its Astana Wing. The buffet, which is its way of celebrating the Ramadan month, is on until June 4. Opening hours are from 6.30pm to 10pm.
A wide selection of both local and international cuisines are served at Sape Restaurant, which has an indoor air-conditioned dining area and an outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of the Sarawak River.
Signature Bubur Pedas and Bubur Lambuk will be served daily. Other signature dishes include Baked Whole Lamb Kuzi Basmathi Rice, Aneka Gulai Kawah 40 Hari and Tempura Durian.
The feast also highlights Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes such as Yakai Tempura, Ebi Tempura, Ebi Ta Yki, Marmite Chicken, Stir Fried Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, Stir Fried Sang Nar Noodles with Prawn, Stir Fried Duck with Red Curry, Roasted Chicken ala Veca,Crispy Seabass Fish with Mango Salad and Stew Beef Curry Potatoes. Hot dishes to be serve are Daging Hitam Manis Pedas, Udang Harimau Masala, Ketam Halba Campur Kari Valopey and Lodeh Mak Lodeh.
There is also an array of local ulam-ulaman and kerabu,salad bar, Sup Pindang Selasih Asam Gelugur,BBQ corner, Gulai Ikan Tenggiri, Gulai Ayam Kampung Pucuk Ubi Kayu,Pasta station, noodle station and selection of local kuih-muih.
For Muslim guests’ convenience, the hotel also provides exclusive male and female prayer rooms and a section for wuduk.
