KUCHING: Hope Place Kuching has received a generous contribution of two brand new air conditioners recently.
The donation was made by Sim Kay Siong, an old friend and former schoolmate of Hope Place founder Kelvin Wan.
Wan presented a token of appreciation to Sim as a sign of gratitude for his generosity.
“We at Hope Place are truly thankful to people who supports and are actively involved in this non-governmental organisation (NGO),” said Wan.
“Every day, we strive to help underprivileged members of our community,” he added.
Hope Place Kuching is currently helping more than 190 families and individuals and is accepting all forms of donations to aid the needy.
