MATU: A new homestay in the district was officially opened over the weekend by Abu Seman Jahwie, a Political Secretary to the Chief Minister. Known as Dayang Homestay, the lodging house is located at Jalan SMK Matu, Kampung Sekaan Besar, here.

With the rental of RM80 per night,the fully-furnished twobedroom home would be good news for visitors to this up and coming district.

Abu S eman, who is also Chairman of SABERKAS Jemoreng Branch , praised the joint owners, Dayang Nurazimah and Dayang Raihana for coming up with such hospitable facility, which, in one way or another, supports the local tourism industry.

The opening was in conjunction with the local SABERKAS programme cal led `Program Berambeh Pamuk WhatsApps Group SABERKAS Jemoreng Branch’.
