SIBU: Sibu Hospital is urgently seeking assistance from the public to locate the family members or next-of-kin of a male patient who has been hospitalised since February 1 this year.
The patient has been identified as 46-year-old Yong Yuk Lung, with a last known address at No. 4C, Lorong 4 Cherry, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak.
Despite numerous attempts, hospital staff have been unable to reach his family, and no relatives have come forward to respond.
In light of this, the hospital is appealing to anyone who may know the patient or have information about his family to come forward as soon as possible.
Members of the public are urged to contact Ward 32 (Level 3) of Sibu Hospital at 084-333343, extension 6310.
The hospital hopes that with the support of the community, they will be able to locate the patient’s family and ensure the necessary care and arrangements are made.
