SIBU: Head Of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar and his wife, Datuk Patinggi Toh Puan Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, continued their visits in conjunction with the Aidilfitri celebration on 5th Syawal here.
Wan Junaidi’s entourage included Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Minister, Datuk Seri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, and Abdul Karim’s wife, Datin Zuraini Abdul Jabbar.
The Governor began his visit at the residence of Temenggung Datuk Wan Hamid Edruce Tuanku Mohamad at Jalan Jasmin, before performing Friday prayers at An-Nur Mosque.
Wan Junaidi then proceeded to Education, Innovation and Talent Development Deputy Minister, Datuk Dr Annuar Rapaee, at Jalan Kangkong.
He and his entourage concluded their Hari Raya visit here at the residence of former Kuala Rajang (2004-2008) and Igan (2008-2018) Member of Parliament, Datuk Seri Abdul Wahab Dolah, at Lorong 4, Kampung Nangka.
Wan Junaidi is scheduled to attend the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Gathering for Sibu Division accompanied by Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg tonight (April 4) at Dewan Canselor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud, University of Technology Sarawak (UTS).
