KUCHING: HAUS KCH will launch its new building programme at Yun Phin Building in Pandungan here tomorrow (Mar 29), coinciding with the mini version of the ‘Seni Kita’ programme.
HAUS KCH managing director Syed Rusydie emphasised that despite the new space, their mission remains the same: to upskill and support creatives through their space and collaborations.
“Creative industry contributors must be given support, especially those who fall outside the eligibility criteria for grants and loans offered by our government and banks.
“We are eager to build new bridges here and see how we can help wherever the need arises,” he said in a statement today.
He added that ‘Mini Seni Kita: Open HAUS’ welcomes back all past and present collaborators, vendors, performers and artists in the creative field to celebrate this new milestone in conjunction with the Ramadan season.
‘Mini Seni Kita: Open HAUS’ will feature an interactive artisan market, trial therapy and mental health consultations, mini plant swaps, a role-play game beginner session featuring Deathbringer, The Little Lime Bar, and Mighty Desk, featuring poetry and dance performances.
Twenty-two local creative vendors at Pasar Seni Kita, including Rena Deco, Natural Remedy, Brew & Go Coffee, Satoyama Farm, Gerai Sulu Nuan, and Made Kyoot, are just a few of the many regular vendors from Seni Kita.
“There is something for everyone, from fashion and accessories to art prints and wellness products, as well as food and beverages,” he said.
‘Mini Seni Kita: Open HAUS’ launches on March 29 and will be opened from 3 pm to 10 pm.
