KUCHING: Sarawak is poised for significant growth over the next two decades, potentially positioning itself as the most prosperous state in the nation said Feng Shui master Datuk Paduka Master Koh.
In making this prediction, he said based on Feng Shui principles and with the commencement of the new Period of 9 in Feng Shui, Sarawak will thrive and attract a surge of individuals, both from Sabah, the Peninsula, and foreign nationals seeking opportunities in the state.
He said this is because the new period, which will commence on Feb 4, 2024, is ruled by the Trigram (bagua) of ‘Li’, represented by ‘fire’.
“Therefore, we will see developments in ‘fire’ related industries such as oil and gas, electrical, chemical, medicine industries.
“With developments in places like Bintulu and Lawas, particularly in oil and gas and chemical industries, the trajectory is set for prosperity as those industries are aligned with the needs of this new Feng Shui cycle.
“In the next 20 years, Sarawak will thrive. There will be a lot of people coming to look for opportunities here, including foreigners,” he said.
He said these during a Feng Shui Talk held in conjunction with the launching of NAIM’s CNY campaign ‘Longevity Home to You’ held at George Y Residence here on Saturday (Feb 3).
Furthermore, Master Koh added that the state is currently steering towards the right direction as the state government has invested and spearheaded various initiatives in industries that are aligned with the Feng Shui trend of 2024.
In Flying Star Feng Shui, there are 9 periods altogether; each 20-year period corresponds to a sector in the Lo Shu Magic Square, influencing the state’s cosmic energies and ushering in new factors that will shape its future.
