KUCHING: Yayasan Dhamma Vijaya ushered in 2025 with a heartfelt contribution to the less fortunate by partnering with Hope Place Kuching.
The foundation donated cans of special milk powder supplements and RM2,000 in aid, emphasising its commitment to supporting marginalised individuals, including those with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
The contribution was handed over by Venerable Bhikkhuni Dhammika to Kelvin Wan, the founder of Hope Place, at the NGO’s premises at 4½ Mile.
“Expressing a mission rooted in hope and compassion, the foundation reaffirmed its long-standing support for the NGO, which began in 2016.
“Each year, Yayasan Dhamma Vijaya has consistently contributed either monetary aid or essential items to assist underserved communities in Sarawak,” said a press release today (Jan 9).
Hope Place Kuching, also known as Persatuan Kebajikan Harapan Kuching (PKHK), continues to welcome donations to sustain its outreach programmes.
